Turn From Evil: Demonic Books, Music, Movies, Games, Religions-Cults, and Perverse Lifestyles if You want The Nearness of God and His Blessings

My dear Friends,

Are there false gods?  Yes.  There is only one true God.  He is the God of the Holy Bible. The Creator of all which is good.  He is holy. He is spirit. He is love and He is wrath, and has no tolerance for sin. God is a judge. He is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.  He is the God of  Noah, and the Father of Jesus and the Father of Christians who have received Jesus Christ in faith and believe on Him; and believe on Him as Lord and Savior. He is a triune God (The Father, the Son [Jesus Christ], and the Holy Spirit). God created a triune man (spirit, soul and body).  As Christians (born again) our spirit is perfected but our soul and body are a work in progress. We are sanctified (made holy) through Christ. We can be as holy as we want to be.  To be holy means to be separated from sin. Our sin, our old man, was crucified on the cross with Jesus. Believe it and live it. Your sin was executed on the cross; it was put to death. Realize it, accept it.  We do not have to sin as we once did. Through our faith, by the death and resurrection of Jesus, we are redeemed and reconciled back to God, being justified in Christ. But our sanctification will be complete [made perfect] when we are with Christ when our life in this world has ended.  

 

Christians will be glorified when received in heaven. But in the meantime, we must cultivate (through the Holy Spirit) discernment in all things spiritual, particularly things in life that open the doors to demons and demonic influence. Most people do not realize they might have a demon(s) living inside them.  Since the demon might have been living inside of them for many years. A person may believe his or her personality is just the way they are.  For example:  someone might have depression which affects personality. It is proven that there is a demon of depression or a "spirit of heaviness" (Psalm 119:28). A demon is a disembodied evil spirit. A demon needs a body to work from. When we sin and continually sin, we open the door for an evil spirit [demon] to enter.  

 

In the New Testament Jesus and the Apostles cast out demons as part of healing and for a complete salvation. Jesus gave the commandment to all disciples to cast out demons.

 

And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give. (Matthew 10:7-8).

This commandment is still alive today.  Jesus did not dissolve it.

 

We live in a perverse generation and spiritual warfare is no joke. It is real.  There are false gods and they are demonic, created by Satan and wicked or deceived men.  Satan brings confusion into your life to divert you from knowing the truth of Jesus Christ. Satan wants to steer you away from God, and the Truth.  The devil uses many deceptive tactics and he goes after immature believers and lukewarm Christians who do not know the Word of God well.  My hope is that this article will open your eyes and soften your heart for God. What I have outlined here is not new, but many churches do not want to talk about many of the ways unclean spirits and a multitude of different types of unholy demons enter into people. A true Christian can be demonized but not demon controlled (possessed).  It is now time to clean your house of the demonic.

 

If you are not a disciple of Jesus Christ you can do what you want to do but you will have to answer to God and accept the consequences.  Books that are against God [the one and true God of the Holy Bible] are a sin and a grave offense, an abomination to the one true God.  Do not buy or read books, listen to music, or watch movies or T.V. shows full of sinfulness, ungodliness, and promoting demonic influence. It is a serious offense to God to say you believe in Him, yet you are involved with unholy things.  Our society is filled with much filth.  The following is a list of ungodly things you should not be involved with in any way:

  • Handwriting analysis
  • Hypnotism
  • Levitation
  • Tarot Cards
  • Dream catchers
  • Black magic and White magic
  • Conjuring
  • Charms, fetishes
  • Spiritism, Spirit guides
  • Ouija Boards
  • Incantation
  • Astrology
  • Fortunetelling
  • Mediums
  • Satanism
  • LGBTQ,  Homosexuality, transgenderism, other and all sexual perversions
  • Sensual and sexualized massage and activity books and other media
  • Zombie books and so on [books on horror and ungodly things]
  • any books on the occult
  • Masons and books about Masonic rituals or books about memberships in fraternal organizations
  • Books on martial arts [Karate, Kung fu, etc.] Do not practice any martial arts that promotes spiritual elements and mysticism. It is demonic.
  • Video games [almost all: violence, sexually explicit, fantasy, etc.]
  • Any book that promotes violence and harm to people
  • And do not watch horror movies or movies promoting or glorifying violence, sex or any sinful things.  These things will harm you and they are not helpful if you want to fight off demons.

 

The aforementioned are all demonic and you should stay clear from all evil and run from the appearance of all evil. Exposing yourself could, and often does, open the door to demonic influence [demonized] to believers and even demonic possession [control] to nonbelievers.  Idolatry is a big problem in the world and even among church goers.  A Christian goes to the Lord Jesus Christ for everything in prayer.  It is an offense to God to deal in unholy activity, yet calling yourself a Christian.  Do not be double-minded.   Do not expose yourself to these wicked and ungodly things; and do not expose others to them. The consequences are great.  Refer to Deuteronomy 18:9-13.

 

Avoid Wicked Customs

 “When you come into the land which the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not learn to follow the abominations of those nations. 10 There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, or one who practices witchcraft, or a soothsayer, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, 11 or one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. 12 For all who do these things are an abomination to the Lord, and because of these abominations the Lord your God drives them out from before you 13   (Deuteronomy 18:9-13).

 

* Passing through the fire was child sacrifice to the gods of pagan religions. This is modern day abortion. Killing [murdering] a baby, sacrificing the unborn because of a pride, idolatry in self, and an overwhelming selfishness for this world. Mothers must know that a baby is a gift from God, a creation of God;  a beautiful creation knitted together in the womb in the image and likeness of God. When we murder the unborn we murder the image of God, our Creator. God says "choose life." A demon has entered every woman who has aborted a baby. The demon of murder is in her and she must renounce this demon, ask to be forgiven, repent and rebuke it in the name of Jesus Christ, lest she be known as a baby murderer when she stands face to face for judgment in front of Jesus.
 
**The word sorcery is derived from the Greek word pharmakeia meaning medicines (drugs) that are mood and mind altering (marijuana, cocaine, heroin, etc.), and the occult, witchcraft, spiritualist, mediums and magic. Pagan religions use(d) drugs to alter minds to contact the dead and deities. God wants you sober, with a clear mind. The Devil and his demons want you out of your mind so they can control you, enslave you and eventually kill you.  Satan does not want you to know the truth of Jesus Christ.

 

Do not watch, read or listen to pornography, filthy language, and so called romance books that are not based on godly virtues.  Pay close attention to the Word of God. Paul explains in Galatians 5:19-21:

"Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication [sexual immorality], uncleanness, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God."

 

 I want to bring up one last thing here--and that is, Halloween.  Halloween is not a God approved holiday.  Halloween is not fun and games.--the devil wants you to believe it is.  Did you know that Satanists thrive on Halloween.  Halloween is demonic and anyone true to God should not participate in it.   I want you to think about this carefully.  What I have introduced in this last section is serious business.  When you go against God and His Word you open yourself up to Satan and unclean spirits. Do not do anything to encourage them or invite them in.  The consequences are grave and they will cause you great harm.  The devil is very tricky and He is waiting for you to open a door so he can enter.  Satan is waiting and he will devour you like a lion when you open the door for him.  This is not a joke. Do not open the door by letting in ungodly things into your mind and into your house.

 

Remove from your home anything dealing with the list noted above.  This includes Buddha's, the occult, anything with frogs, owls (Deuteronomy 14:7-19), gnomes and trolls, and jewelry that has cult or pagan signs such an blue stones or evil eye stones.  Destroy these things then toss them in the trash.  Clean your house of all things that are not Godly and all things that do not glorify the kingdom of God.

 

We learn in Deuteronomy 7:25-26 that God wants us to destroy false idols and images not of God:

You shall burn the carved images of their gods with fire; you shall not covet the silver or gold that is on them, nor take it for yourselves, lest you be snared by it; for it is an abomination to the Lord your God. Nor shall you bring an abomination into your house, lest you be doomed to destruction like it. You shall utterly detest it and utterly abhor it, for it is an accursed thing.

 

We can now look in the New Testament in Acts 19:19 where the apostle Paul was in Ephesus which was a hotbed of magic and idolatry. Many came to the Lord burned their evil books:

 

Also, many of those who had practiced magic brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all. And they counted up the value of them, and it totaled fifty thousand pieces of silver.

 

Fifty thousand pieces of silver was fifty thousand day's wages. If the average day's wage today is $150 it would mean the Ephesians burned about $7,500,000 of wicked books. Take your evil books and do the same thing. Burn them. Destroy them.

 

Three Little Words:  Manipulation, Intimidation and Domination

(Excerpt from my article:  Is Gambling and Poker a Sin and is it Okay for a Christian to Gamble or Play Poker?)
 
Witchcraft is exposed by three words [and actions] all which are present in gambling in general, but prevalent to the poker player.  The words are manipulation, intimidation and domination.   When you play poker the idea is to manipulate your opponent to do what you want them to do.  You manipulate your opponent to make mistakes. You also intimidate.  And the result is to dominate your opponent--basically to control them.  This is not God's way, but it is the way of the devil.  God does not manipulate, intimidate or dominate anyone; but Satan does.  When you have a mission to control others by fear, or trickery, or take advantage of any human being, you are doing the devils work for him.  A good [winning] poker player controls the losers as the table. He manipulates them. This is not godly behavior. The actions you take against another human being has consequences.  Players and their families are hurt.   Jesus said "love your neighbor as yourself." This means do not harm anyone in anyway. Now I know what you are saying: "Hey, it's just a game."  Get this straight:  It is not a game when money is involved and lives are being hurt and some destroyed. It is serious and it is no joke.

 

Activities that use manipulation, intimidation and seek domination of human beings is not of God. Witchcraft manipulates, intimidates and dominates.

 

If you want to be close to God, if you want Him near, show Him you are serious. Toss the trash. Do not worry about the monetary value of the item.  Your soul is more important that money. Get serious.  I have personally destroyed and trashed thousands of dollars worth of artwork and wood and other carvings, including souvenirs that I have collected from  all over the world. Things from Africa, Asian countries, Mexico, Russia and other European countries that are an offense to God.  If you are a Christian let the Holy Spirit direct you on the things to trash.  Anything that is not of God and offensive to God, you should trash.  This might mean an old record album, a gift or inheritance from a family member or a tee-shirt with a dragon on it.  The dragon is Satan in the book of Revelation.  Did you know the dragon is a symbol of China?  We know that China is an ungodly, idolatrous  country. There are no coincidences.  Do not give these items to others, destroy them and trash them.  Do not invite unclean spirits into your house, and watch what your children and other family members bring into the house.  Live vigilantly for Christ.  For, He died for you, so you might live, and to prosper in all things with all the blessing of the Father.  Make Him number one and remove all the filth out of your life. Your life will change for the better.  I guarantee it, because God wants you to grow in holiness. Ask yourself this question:  Are you a child of God or just a child?  Love God. Obey Him and run from wickedness and unholy activity.  The fear of the Lord is to hate evil in all forms.  Do what is pleasing to God; do His will and glorify Him and His blessings will fall on you as manna from heaven.

 

Casting Out Demons

Most pastors today do not practice biblical healing by means of casting out demons. I believe this is because they are either fearful (a recent study showed that 70% of pastors do not preach the truth if they believe it will hurt their ministry or offend their congregation), or they do not want the responsibility or take the time to deal with it.  Expelling demons can take many hours and then there is follow up over the next several weeks. A deliverance team of at least two, but preferably four or five persons is recommended.  A woman or man alone should not attempt to minister deliverance to the opposite sex alone.  It is always better to have faithful servants to assist the leader.   It is sinful to not help a person who needs and wants help.  Jesus helped those who wanted help.  Most in the church today do not want to confront demons; and this is sad.  But Jesus confronted demons and He commanded His disciples to cast out demons in His name.  Casting out demons was a large part of the healing the sick. We know many diseases and illnesses (physical and mental) are the cause of demons. All true disciples, in faith, have the power and authority by Jesus, to cast out demons from the afflicted.  This is a way to heal soul and body.

 

Addictions

Any addiction or repeated activity that is unclean and sinful is likely the result of demonic influence.  In fact, I believe any and all addictions are demonic because addiction is a form of bondage and slavery (Satan wants you enslaved), where the individual has little or no control over the activity or personality. In addition, the will of the individual is taken over by the demon.  Demons run in groups, so people with a known demon usually have more than one.  Sadly, addictions are common in our society.  Common addictions to food, alcohol, drugs, gambling, pornography, sex, cell phones and the internet, video games, soft drinks, coffee (caffeine), sports (viewing) and exercise, self-mutilation of the body (tattooing and piercings) to name a few. 

 

I would like to address now the issue of tattoos which over the past thirty years has seen an explosion of users and has before normalized in this corrupted society.  Many Christians today believe that tattooing the body is alright.  It isn't.  God gave us a body.  He owns our body; it belongs to Him if you are indeed a child of God.  The body is home to the Holy Spirit.  Without a body we can do nothing.  Jesus came down from heaven to be a man because He needed a body to  operate from. We are commanded to care for our bodies and not harm ourselves. It is sinful to harm your body. Tattooing is pagan and not of God.  Tattooing is defacing what God has created. I have seen professing Christians with all sorts of demonic tattoos of dragons or dragon like creatures and idolatrous symbols on their bodies, including dead children or spouses. This is against God's purpose for your body.  What about people tattooing crosses or Bible verses?  I believe the Word of God should be kept on paper or stone or on wood, not on skin.  God did not tattoo Moses with the Ten Commandments on his arm.  If  you are truly a child of God, born again with Spirit of God, and you have tattoos, be careful that you are not provoking the Lord your God.  As far as we know, Jesus and the twelve Apostles did not have tattoos. And I do not believe Paul had a tattoo.  

 

"You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I am the Lord" (Leviticus 19:28).  

 

We live in a  deceived and perverse age. Are you showing yourself off with tattoos?  Remove tattoos if possible. Let the Holy Spirit guide you, lest you not be born again, lacking discernment. That which is of the devil is the devil's and that which is holy is of God.

 

To expel demons you must be serious and have faith and believe in the work of Jesus Christ and what He accomplished on the cross.  By His blood we are saved and healed.  Believe it.

 

Self Deliverance

Here is a prayer by Bible teacher Derek Prince to expel demons:

Lord Jesus Christ, I believe that you are the Son of God, and the only way to God. That you died on the cross for my sins, and rose again from the dead. I come to you now for mercy, and for forgiveness. I believe you do forgive me and receive me as your child. And because you receive me, I receive myself as a child of God. And now Lord, you know that special problem that I have. The demonic influences that torment me. Lord, I want to meet your conditions and receive your deliverance. First of all, I forgive every other person who ever harmed me or wronged me. I forgive them all now. Now pause for a moment and quietly name the persons you need to forgive, to yourself. We’re going on. Lord, I have forgiven all these persons. I have laid down all bitterness, all resentment, all hatred and all rebellion. And I believe you have forgiven me. I thank you for it. I also renounce every contact with Satan, with occult powers, with secret societies, with anything in Satan’s territory. I repent of being on that territory and I turn my back on it now. Also Lord, if there’s a curse over my life, I thank you that on the cross you were made a curse that I might be redeemed from the curse, and receive the blessing. And I claim that now, released from the curse and entering into the blessing. And now Lord, I want to come against any evil spirit in me that occupies any area of my personality. I want to tell you I hate them. They are my enemies. I will not make peace with them. I will not compromise with them. They will have no more place in me. I turn against them now and in the authority of your name, Jesus, I command them to leave me. I expel them right now in the name of Jesus. Amen.
