Start Here

My dear Friend,

Welcome to Christian Revival Mission.  I am so very pleased to have you here, seeking the Truth and the knowledge of God.  My name is Mihran Kulhanjian and I started this website to share with you the Word of God.  Jesus Christ is my Lord and my Savior.  Whether you are a believer or someone seeking the Truth, I am hopeful that the information presented on this website helps you to know more about Father God, the Son of God [Jesus], and the Holy Spirit. When you surrender and trust the Lord, abiding in Him, He will give you wisdom, knowledge and understanding of His Word. He will also give you discernment and usually many gifts of the Spirit. And when you ask Him to be filled with the Spirit, He will fill you with the Holy Spirit.

I would like to mention, briefly, the fear of the Lord. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil and it is the beginning of wisdom and knowledge.  Fearing the Lord is wonderful. This fear is taking God seriously.  This is a reverent fear, and a godly fear, knowing that He is all powerful and all love, all sacrifice (Jesus Christ), and all wisdom and knowledge (Holy Spirit); and all good and holy. The fear of the Lord is to know the Lord. He wants you to know Him and to love Him. And so do I.

As the Mission [and this website] matures (by the will of the Lord), I plan to offer many books, self-study courses, gospel tracts and other resources that will help all who want to advance in their knowledge and fellowship with the Lord.

There is no greater work in this life than to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. A disciple is a pupil, a student, a follower and witness to the Lord.  A disciple is also a minister, a servant of the Lord, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and teaching the Word of God.

Jesus said:  "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.  By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another” (John 13:34-35).  The Lord commands us [believers] to love one another, for this "love" shows the world who we belong to. We also show our great love for others [nonbeliever] by revealing Jesus Christ to them; by telling them the truth of the Word of God. For, salvation is through Him  alone; He who came and died and rose again, defeating death that we might receive the inheritance in Heaven and the blessings in this life.  Jesus became our curse that we might receive the blessing.

Jesus said: "Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents” (Luke 15:10).

Unlike all false religions promising salvation by doing good deeds, a Christian [one  born-again with the Spirit of God living in him] has salvation [eternal life in Heaven] by God's grace through faith in the work of Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. A Christian is saved not by good works but for good works, winning souls, and making disciples of Jesus Christ.

When you have come to a point in your relationship with Christ to live generously and abundantly, and die committed for the Truth [Jesus Christ] proclaiming the Word of God by your testimony, then and only then, you have overcome Satan by the blood of the Lamb.

"And they [God's people] overcame him [Satan] by the blood of the Lamb [Jesus] and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death"  (Revelation 12:11).

In this life there is no greater work than doing the will of God. It is the committed Christian who perseveres and overcomes evil with good.  "And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever"  (1 John 2:17).

May God bless you and yours in doing His will and bringing glory to Him with all your love.

Yours faithfully in Christ Jesus,

Mihran Kulhanjian
